Directions:  GO to Amwaj.   Through the security barrier and straight. At the 3^rd round about turn left.   Kite surfing beach is on left just before the Tala bridge. Look for signs.

Directions:  from Mina Salman head north past the grand Mosque and follow the main road round Manama past the diplomatic area and the financial harbour and head towards Seef. Take the exit at the main junction for the turning for the Seef Mall.   GO straight past La Chocalat (no eating) and look for signs.
